Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Sale items are not refundable. International orders are store credit only and must pay for their own return shipping. We will accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date on your invoice for exchange or refund. All original tags must be attached. All items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains. All items must be free of any smell/odor (including smoke odor, perfume, body odor or any other odor not natural to the smell of the original item(s). Original shipping charges are not refundable. However, you will not be charged for your return. Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. IF YOUR ITEM(S) FAIL TO MEET THESE RETURN REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND WE WILL RETURN THE ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU - WE WILL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL DOCUMENTING THIS.

How do I return?
- Visit our returns center >> https://cosa71.com/a/returns
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
NOTE: International orders are eligible for store credit only NO EXCEPTIONS and will pay for their own return shipping. Please go through the same return portal to start you return for your store credit. Upon receiving your returned items, you will then be issued the store credit.
What items are returnable?
Within 14 days from the date of purchase-
If any returns do not meet the following requirements and the 14 day window, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
